DIY Workshops

Workshops are offered on Wednesday nights from 6-8pm. All of our workshops are currently booked through the end of the year. We may offer another workshop series starting in early 2012. If you  subscribe to our newsletter (to the right) we will keep you posted on new workshops being offered in the future. 

In an intimate setting attendees will arrive with an idea and leave with print and web ready files which can then be used in various print and web applications specifically for marketing purposes. Learn the difference between CMYK/RGB files, high-resolution/low resolution, JPEG,PDF,GIF files, digital vs. offset printing, online vs. local print shops, etc.. You will also learn how to set up your files for print with crops and bleeds, touch paper samples, choose colors from Pantone color swatches, learn how to outline fonts, download free fonts, and get your questions answered.

Attendees must be approved to attend a workshop. To qualify you must arrive with an idea and a plan. We want to have a productive workshop and space is very limited so we require approval to be sure you are ready to attend one of our workshops. If you are not ready we will advise you on steps to take in order to get prepared. To get approved fill out the form below and we will followup with you. Once you receive your approval you are then instructed to register for the workshop. If you happen to register prior to being approved for the workshop, you must be approved at least one week prior to the workshop date that you are registered for or your space will be given to someone else.

Getting Pre-Approved for a Workshop:
