How are you able to execute a full branding and marketing system in weeks rather than months?
We do the research and bulk of the creative work ahead of time so that we efficiently utilize your time to get feedback, make edits in real-time, polish, and move forward. We will set you up with everything you need to run your business with ease in a few short weeks.
Do you guys do other branding and/or marketing projects?
We are currently only offering two service packages: PLANT + PRUNE and HARVEST. This is actually one service package broken down into two parts. PLANT + PRUNE is a high-level brainstorming session where together we conceptualize a total brand and marketing system and HARVEST is the execution of the concepts strategized in part one of the systems. HARVEST prices include the price of PLANT + PRUNE, with no hidden fees or surprises.
Do you provide website maintenance after our website is built?
Your package comes with a 2-hour website training or 2-hours of maintenance which can be used for up to a year. You’re welcome to purchase more time if needed at very reasonable pricing.
Are there extra fees for printing business cards, and marketing collateral?
Standard printing is included in your package but upgrades are available. All your options will be laid out for you during our strategy session. We understand that budgets are tight when starting out in business so we offer high-quality print included at no extra charge.
What if I want to hire you for step one, the planning stage and then I want to hire my friend to execute the plan?
That is perfectly OK with us! We do recommend allowing us to execute the plan but understand that budget is a factor. With a solid plan, we know you are more equipped to execute that without this crucial step.
How do I know if I need ESSENTIAL HARVEST, CULTIVATED HARVEST, or THE LOCAL PARTNER?
HARVEST™ is part two of THE ROOT SYSTEM™ Part one PLANT + PRUNE is the planning stage where we will make decisions based on your business and life goals which will determine whether you need THE ESSENTIAL HARVEST, CULTIVATED HARVEST, OR THE LOCAL PARTNER program for executing the plan. HARVEST PACKAGES are customizable and we will discuss all your option during step one of the process. The ESSENTIAL HARVEST was designed to fit most businesses’ basic needs.
What if I only want to hire you to build my brand but I don't need the planning step?
Step two of our system is only possible with step one. We designed our system this way because we found that many of our clients over the years have struggled to reach their potential because they skipped the crucial planning stage and we believe we can serve our clients more effectively if we are able to guide them through in-depth strategy.
What platform do you build websites on?
We proudly build WordPress websites using Divi themes. Your purchase does not require any additional fees for premium themes or monthly subscriptions like many other web platforms. You will be responsible for domain registration and hosting. We provide one complimentary year of hosting with your package.
